'PAY AS YOU RACE' EVENTS

For fetes within 20 miles of Bicester, LANE CHANGE may be available to attend for free, and then charge attendees a minimum of £1 to 'Pay as you Race'. For fund raising events, we will donate a percentage of the takings to the chosen charity. For events over 20 miles from Bicester, it may be necessary to ask the organisers to meet travelling expenses.

Please note that only smaller tracks and novice cars are available at 'Pay as you Race' events, and that all races are timed (usually two minutes long).

STRUCTURED EVENTS

A typical structured event costs £250 - £350, depending on the size of the circuit.  This price includes:

• Track design

• Provision of all track and a selection of digital slot cars

• Delivery to venue within 50 miles of Bicester

• At least one LANE CHANGE representative on site at all times

• Set up and dismantling of track

• Up to 2 hours of racing

Additional Costs

• Travelling costs if the event is over 50 miles from Bicester

• £100 per hour if the event is required for more than 2 hours

Client to:

• Meet any costs involved in hiring a venue

• Ensure there is at least one adult supervisor present for every five children aged under 16

• Organise promotion of event (if applicable)
